We looked at a house today that we had high hopes of being the ONE, we love the vegetation…junipers, cacti, pines etc. It turne
d out that besides being already over 
priced it had over the top issues for us and we are sure the seller would not entertain the price we felt it would be worth. Another situation of trying to throw up paint and quick fixes to hide issues that once dug into we fear would become worse.
The thing that made us the most uncomfortable was an addition that put the windows of two of the bedrooms inside the house…not okay anywhere else we have ever lived… but here and believe me we checked, it isn’t an issue. BUT we hate it and would have to either tear down, up or out too much and the master bathroom looked really weird…like they took out a bathtub and in its place put in double sinks and there was a weird vanity thrown together from a couple of kitchen cabinets with a couple of boards on top and tiled…not finished out well and looked like what it was…hiding something.
We just don’t feel like this is the ONE after all. I’m just hoping our Realtor isn’t getting disgusted with us…we have looked at a lot of stuff.
So all these pictures are of the property so you can see why we hoped…but I just didn’t want to take the time to point out the flaws…because it doesn’t matter now. You might see a few…did I mention
it was pink inside?! Paint and new flooring would have fixed that…but as I said…
Tonight we are having big wind, but we didn’t get the rain here they were predicting, unless it hasn’t arrived yet. We could see it raining up in the hills all afternoon though and it was warmer
