Cold but Sunny 1-9

It was a long night last night...couldn't get to sleep, no reason just awake, our neighbors furnace sounded like a jet engine and the coyotes serenaded a couple different times during the night. It was cold...it was in the low 20's before we even went to bed. We use a small electric space heater instead of the big furnace...it is quieter and we have found that if we keep a source of heat going all the time so the surfaces in the trailer don't get ice cold, it stays warmer. The low was 19. We have our electric blanket which keeps us toasty...I just don't like the trailer to get so cold that my nose and face get cold.

The sun was out today though, which makes it all better. Larry has a swollen achilles area on his heel so walking has been painful and it was just to danged cold to make me want to go for a walk this morning.

I talked to Michelle for awhile this morning and Seth. I finished Seth's camo colored scarf and have started another soft fuzzy one for him...he loves having his own scarves and he seems to have a goal of obtaining more than his mother has and expects me to produce them...crazy boy. He even wears them to bed.

Other than our chores...Larry filling the water tank and emptying tanks and me doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom we just hung out, worked on the computer and enjoyed the sunshine, from inside. Our high today was 44.
