Nothing much 1-3

Not much to share today. It was a beautiful sunny day, on our walk we scared up a jack rabbit.

We took a drive out to check out another property...will be worth looking at but the road is one mile of rocky dirt and crosses two very large washes/arroyos which means the road is impassable during large rain events...hmmm, this country living in the desert is proving to be a challenge, but the property and views are GREAT, and then last night a new listing came up in the canyon that we like so we are still looking.

The one thing you can't change is location, we found a property/home we liked a lot but is less than one third mile from the highway which we can see and of course hear...it is backed by a pecan orchard which is a lovely buffer but blocks the view of the mountains, so it is on the short list, but we are holding out for a great location still...hopefully.

We went to the store for more drinking water, I made a pasta salad, Larry backed up December's photos and documents on the computer to our external hard drive backup and that was about all of the highlights of our day.
