Day II at Lake Okatibbee, MS 10-2

Miles traveled today…absolutely zip! We really like it here. It is so quiet, relaxing and beautiful that we are staying until Wednesday. You’ll just have to deal with minimal commentary and the usual amount of photography! It never got out of the 70’s all night and it is in the 90’s today. Lots of shade, so we sit outside until we can’t breathe anymore in the heat and humidity and then we go inside and cool off. We took a walk this morning around the campground. They are still cleaning up from Katrina last year. Lots of trees fallen over and broken off and damage to tables, signs, and a bathhouse. Its Katrina’s fault we don’t have cable, darned little storm!

Do you see the two lizards in the picture that looks like a bunch of wood?
