Stunning tree 11-15

Half way through November....where the heck is the time flying?!  Today we went into Auburn to the library and to drop some stuff off at the thrift store.  I wanted to check out furniture at The Salvation Army store and the Goodwill store.  I was shocked at the prices on the furniture at the Salvation Army store...the antiques were at antique store prices and other stuff was priced as much as new stuff...very odd.  Annoying too because the stuff has cost them nothing.  There was an oak console table...nothing fancy, cabriole legs, no drawers or shelves...$125 dollars....I was thinking 50.  We were back at H/D for more planter box lumber and stopped at the market for eggs...$40 eggs...ha ha ha, because that is what we ended up spending while we were in there.

After we got home Larry took advantage of the whole 2 hours of sunlight left in the day and built the three planter boxes.

I took these pictures of the Chinese Pistache tree back on the 4th of this month...its colors were reaching their peak...now they are mostly on the ground.  All these amazing colors on one tree...stunning.
