Mystery Purple Berries 9-19

We started out today with yoga. Had breakfast and then decided to take a walk to the beach. A storm was supposed to be coming in this afternoon.

It was really warm and humid, but at least the mosquito brigade must have been busy elsewhere. I only got bit once. This first picture is of seaoats and some of the beach houses.

These are kinda self explanatory. The water was definitely warmer than the Pacific, 74 degrees!

Here is the old Avon Pier. The light was really pretty.

On the way home we came across this plant that had the prettiest purple berries I have ever seen. I don’t know the name of the plant yet. They didn’t look real.

Here are some of the million dollar plus vacation houses. Most have 5-6 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms.

We went to the grocery store, fueled up and had a seafood lunch. That was our day. We have two ferry rides tomorrow and have to pull out of here by 7 a.m.

Tonight around 8 p.m. it is around 77 degrees and 85% humidity. It feels like Hawaii here, but without all the lovely foliage and fragrant flowers.
