A Lovely Day

We had a great time last week here with Seth.  On Tuesday we took a hike out to the pond.  It was a beautiful morning.  Then we drove into Auburn and went to the show, we saw Mr. Peabody and Sherman, which we all enjoyed.  Then Larry and Seth gathered downed limbs and fired up the burn pile and we ended the day playing Wii sports, a full day.  This entry is pics of our hike.

We discovered our first rose had opened after we got home from Oregon.

Seth attempted to catch one of the lizards that had starred in my lizard photos.
He made a rookie mistake and caught only the tail.  Being a boy he found that the tail seemed
to break in the one spot, he attempted to break the tail in different spots and couldn't.

There had been a Heron on the log but it flew across the pond.  The goose stayed quite awhile.
