The first dutch iris opened 

This crazy lizard isn't afraid of us, he even seemed to pose for pictures.

I love how the violas spring up everywhere with their
bright little faces.

The burgundy clematis popped a lot of flowers open yesterday.

The clematis vines are huge, the white on the right hasn't opened
any flowers yet.

Gracie raising her face to the sun, eyes closed in bliss.

Today we cut and mowed weeds and pulled weeds.  It looks all springy green and parkish for now, until it all dries out and turns gold.  Sadly the no-see-ums made their teeny tiny appearance today, they seemed attracted to the turquoise colored shirt I was wearing.
